When you commission me, it's an 'all rights reserved' dealie:

Unless otherwise stated or negotiated,

• You will get a limited distribution licence and sync licence, so that you may distribute the recording/song alongside your game, stream, animation, potato with a cassette recorder, etcetera, as well as play the track within the relevant piece of media.
• Selling the commissioned work on its own is NOT okay, unless negotiated beforehand.

I reserve all rights to my compositions, recordings, and the like.

Pricing:

I currently charge...

• $90 USD per full minute of audio, but I'd appreciate it if you decide any 1/4 or 1/2-minute bits count as a tip! :)

• And any discounts or premiums as I see fit and are agreed to. These include: friend discount, rush-job premium, pizza tax, etcetera.

So, as an example:

2 full minutes of audio is $180, ($180 USD)

and you did me a solid once, 25% off, (minus $45 USD)

Final price: $135 USD

I reserve the right to refuse any request, no matter how mundane, inane, banal, or subliminal it may be.

Previews and payment:

I usually gravitate towards rendering a medium-fidelity audio file or streaming the audio over Zoom, though you're free to suggest other methods.

Payment is to be delivered via PayPal upon completion of the work.

Final audio will be provided in high-quality .WAV and .OGG formats, as well as .MP3 upon request. Any reasonable or simple requests such as separated channels or .WAV loop points are free of charge.
